This unique accommodation option is an ever-popular choice among individuals, families and larger groups who would like to come and experience a part of the Voortrekkers way of life for themselves!

Our main ox wagon camp, or Liebenberg Laager, has 6 restored ox wagons that have been drawn into a laager. The riverside has 4 restored ox wagons.

The carriages are equipped with bunk beds, and some with double beds, and can each accommodate between 6 and 8 guests.

The strong, durable tarps offer sufficient resistance to every conceivable weather element.

Come and enjoy a braai around the fire pit with family and friends under the starry Free State sky at Liebenberg Laager or start your day with a cup of coffee on the banks of the Vaal River at our riverside ox wagon camp!
